I am currently a Business Process Analyst at the SRS Project, a major transformation project to replace the current university Student Record System. The focus of my work is to deliver operational improvements to our existing business processes, and to support SITS Blueprint releases with system configuration and functional testing tasks.
Previously, as an Admissions and Enquiries Officer at the Admissions team I have provided Admissions support for the UNIT-e Project Team's transfer of UNIT-e from an Oracle to a SQL database environment in 2019 and the integration of DfE Manage into UNIT-e in 2021.
