About Liyam
I am an early-career researcher in neuro-oncology with a focus on NF2-deficient tumours of the nervous system.
Since completing my undergraduate and master's degree in biochemistry at the University of Birmingham, I came to the lab of Prof David Parkinson at the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ for my PhD.
I am now developing as an independent researcher within NF2-related tumour biology whilst developing broader interests such as teaching.
