Students are the lifeblood our University, and we care about every aspect of your time with us.
To help us continue what works, and address ideas for change, we’re committed to working with students as partners . From surveys and tutorials to your Students’ Union and forums and tutorials, we have a variety of mechanisms to gather student views and respond to them.

UPSU – ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Students' Union

We facilitate student representation at all levels, host the sports clubs and societies, manage campus sport facilities and provide volunteering opportunities, independent advice, entertainment, shop, accommodation, catering and bars.
UPSU is student led and democratic. The majority of our trustees are elected student officers and all of our major decisions are made by students.

Beacon Awards

UPSU's award ceremony combines multiple areas of the student experience at Plymouth. They celebrate the work of students through their extracurricular activities, their academic representation work and the recognition of the fantastic staff that support them.
The Beacon Awards highlight the incredible students and staff in our community at the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ, exclusively nominated and chosen by students.
