Whether you’re new to campus or returning for another year, join us for Chat-Tea – a relaxed social with free Fairtrade Clipper Tea. It’s the perfect chance to meet new people, take a break from studying, and celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight.

What to expect

  • a free cup of Clipper tea (herbal options available!)
  • a welcoming space to chat, connect, and unwind
  • the chance to find out what the University is doing to support Fairtrade through the Fairtrade university programme  
  • learn more about the #BrewItForChange campaign and how Fairtrade supports farmers around the world.

How to join

Simply turn up at Babbage Bytes between 1:30pm and 3:00pm and make sure you're following one of our social media accounts to claim your cuppa:

Get involved: join the Fairtrade Student Group

Do you want to support Fairtrade, take action for farmers’ rights, and help tackle climate change? At the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ, we’re proud to be a Fairtrade accredited university , and we need passionate students like you to make a difference. By joining our Fairtrade Student Group, you can:
  • promote ethical and sustainable food on campus
  • support farmers and producers worldwide
  • take part in campaigns and events during Fairtrade Fortnight and beyond
  • gain valuable experience in sustainability and advocacy.
